Notes for the future.
The whole skipping breakfast thing is only a good weight loss plan for when you are doing minimal exercise. Mixing and matching the super low calorie plan and the doing cardio work-outs plan will not work. At the very least I need to have some carbohydrates BEFORE the running, jumping jacks, etc. chic wedding selections with ruffle or ruching
I'm sure I got some decent exercise and burned something from doing the heavy stuff early in the morning. But I'm also it was not enough to be worth how bad it's making my appetite now.
